Every registered rider must sign the announcement of cognizance with rules and conditiones of the safety on the events place.

I pronounce that I was familiarized with conditions of my performance on the event Sony Xperia Snowboard Fest organized by BOARDCORE AGENCY, Obrancov mieru 35, 080 01 Prešov, IČO 370 50 982, represented by Jozef Murín and taking place today, 16.2.2013 in Strbske pleso. Moreover I pronounce that my performance on Sony Ericsson Snowboard Fest, in freestyle snowboarding contest, will be effected entirely on my own responsibility. This announcement refers chiefly on responsibility of possible injury of me or anyone elseand also possible material damages in causality of my performance. Also I pronounce that I was familiarized with presence of mountain service and emergency on Sony Ericsson Snowboard Fest including doctors, rescuers and appropriate equipment in emergency car.
